Rizvi: Hasina, her family looted wherever they wanted

BNP Senior Joint Secretary General, Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, has accused Sheikh Hasina and her family of exploiting the legal system to amass wealth, claiming they have looted resources and occupied land across Bangladesh.

Speaking at a meeting held on Monday, at the BNP’s central office in Nayapaltan, Dhaka, Rizvi alleged that Sheikh Hasina's family was allocated 60 katha of land in Purbachol. He also accused them of laundering a staggering Tk80,000 crore from the country.

Rizvi further asserted that the government's actions were aimed at silencing criticism of Sheikh Hasina's alleged corruption. He accused the former ruling party of orchestrating false charges against BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, who has been imprisoned, with the intention of gradually eliminating her.

The event was organized by the Nationalist Rickshaw, Van, and Auto Drivers’ Party.
