The Election Commission (EC) will publish the final voter list on March 2.
The information was revealed following a meeting of the newly formed EC on Monday at the Nirbachan Bhaban in Agargaon, Dhaka.
The meeting, chaired by Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) AMM Nasir Uddin, started at 11am.
The meeting was attended by the four other election commissioners: Md. Anwarul Islam Sarker, Abdur Rahmanel Masud, Tohmida Ahmed and Abul Fazal Md. Sanaullah.
Prior to this, the government appointed AMM Md Nasir Uddin, a former secretary, as the chief election commissioner based on the recommendations of the search committee. Along with him, four other commissioners were appointed.
