Rizvi: No chance of destroying communal harmony in Bangladesh

BNP's Senior Joint Secretary General Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi on Tuesday said the country's communal harmony can't be destroyed amidst the Indian propaganda.

He said that no form of international conspiracy can ever suppress Bangladesh.

Rizvi made the remarks while addressing a meeting with the slogan "Deshio Ponno Kine How Dhonno" to mark the boycotting of Indian products at Bhuban Mohan Park in the capital.

He said: "If India claims Chittagong, we'll claim the Nawabi regime's entire Bengal, Bihar and Odisha. Bangladeshi people will no longer follow any command of India."

Referring to the Indian decision of limiting visas, he said India will be affected due to the decision. "Today, Kolkata markets remain deserted and the hospitals are empty," he said.

"If we are strong and our medical facilities improve, no Bangladeshis will go to India for treatment," he added.
