To ensure law and order ten platoons of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) have been deployed on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.
To ensure law and order, four platoons of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) have been deployed in Dhaka, while six platoons have been stationed in Chittagong.
The deployment was confirmed on Tuesday morning by Md Shariful Islam, public relations officer of the BGB Headquarters.
In Dhaka, BGB personnel have been positioned in the Shahbagh, Matsya Bhaban, and Hotel Intercontinental areas.
Similarly, six platoons of BGB members are actively working to maintain peace and order in Chittagong city.
